Monseigneur Bernard Podvin, né le 14 mars 1960 à Villeneuve-sur-Lot, est prêtre de Saint-François de Sales. Prêtre depuis 1986, il a été porte-parole de la Conférence des évêques de France de 2009 à 2014. Nommé Missionnaire de la Miséricorde par le Pape François en 2016, il est vicaire épiscopal pour le diocèse de Lille. Prédicateur sur France Culture et commentateur d’évangile à La Croix., journaliste, membre du conseil épiscopal de Lille et Missionnaire de la Miséricorde.
