Natif de l'Outaouais, le Père Madore a œuvré à titre de missionnaire en Papouasie Nouvelle-Guinée avant d'être nommé Supérieur provincial des Montfortains du Canada, pour ensuite reprendre son rôle de missionnaire itinérant, parcourant le Canada et l'Europe pour animer des retraites et sessions de ressourcement, suivant ainsi les traces du fondateur de sa Communauté, Louis-Marie Grignion de Montfort.
