Le Foyer de Charité de La Flatière se situe dans la vallée de Chamonix (France) à 1400 mètres d’altitude.
Il offre un espace de silence et de recueillement d'une rare qualité pour tous ceux qui viennent se ressourcer, qu’ils partagent ou non la foi chrétienne. La Flatière propose des retraites spirituelles de 6 jours pour tous, des week-ends pour couples, une retraite en famille, un camp/retraite pour adolescents et quelques semaines pour enfants.
Sous la responsabilité du Père Sébastien Tuloup, une trentaine de membres de Foyer vivent à La Flatière. Ils se consacrent à l’accueil des retraitants. Certains animent le « Foyer d’Enfants Le Bettex » recevant des enfants confiés par la Direction de la Protection de l’Enfance.

Whatever the reasons, the spiritual retreat is a breathing space in a setting that inspires inner reflection. The setting, silence and pace of the retreat give the participants the freedom to open up to themselves and to God.
A spiritual retreat is a break for the heart and the mind. It creates a breathing space for:
- Relaxing, resting and finding comfort in the middle of our very busy lives;
- Meeting with God in silence, reading his Word and rekindling the fire of our faith;
- Reflecting on the meaning of our existence, taking a step back before making important choices;
- Exploring the key questions of life and gaining a better understanding of the foundations of the Christian faith.
