Le Foyer de Charité de Sufferchoix est situé en pleine campagne provençale, à 25 km d'Aix-en-Provence et à moins de 60 km d'Avignon et de Marseille. Il est construit sur un éperon rocheux d'où la vue s'étend sur les chaînes du Luberon, de Sainte-Victoire, de la Sainte-Baume et de l'Étoile. Autour de la maison, une vaste étendue de pinèdes et de garrigue offre de nombreux sentiers pour la promenade ou la détente, dans un calme absolu.
Le Foyer de Charité de Provence est né, à la demande de Marthe Robin (1941), dans la banlieue de Marseille, à La Gavotte. Le 8 décembre 1980, il était transféré à Sufferchoix, à Lambesc.

A spiritual retreat is a break for the heart and the mind. It creates a breathing space for:

- Meeting with God in silence, reading his Word and rekindling the fire of our faith;

- Exploring the key questions of life and gaining a better understanding of the foundations of the Christian faith.
