P. Jeanmarc Stoop OJSS aus der deutschsprachigen Schweiz gehört zur internationalen Gemeinschaft „Familie Mariens“. Er wurde 1993 in der Slowakei zum Priester geweiht und arbeitete bis 2024 als Missionar in Kasachstan. Nebst den Aufgaben als Pfarrer und in der erzbischöflichen Kurie von Astana diente er als Spiritual für mehrere Frauenkongregationen und führte öfters durch Einkehrtage. Er setzt sich für eine Gebetsvereinigung „Familie des Verwundeten Jesus“ ein, die sich von Kasachstans Nationalheiligtum aus auch in anderen Ländern verbreitet.
